Shakeology Frozen Oat Bar Recipe: 
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
1/4 cup natural peanut, cashew or almond butter
1/2 banana
1/2 cup rolled oats, cooked and cooled
Combine all ingredients well, freeze in glass baking pan for about 90 minutes and enjoy!


Shakeology No-Bake Cookies (Balls)

1 cup reduced fat or natural peanut butter
1 cup quick-cook oatmeal
1/3 cup honey or agave nectar
1 cup Chocolate Shakeology

Preparation:  First, remove any rings you're wearing and wash your hands really well.  Then combine ingredients in medium bowl.  Mix well.  Roll into balls (about a heaping teaspoon each).

Option:  Roll in crushed nuts, oatmeal mixed with a little cinnamon, whole-grain graham cracker crumbs or unsweetened coconut flakes.
Lower fat shakeology pb balls

INGREDIENTS:

8 Tablespoons PB2 (low fat, high protein powdered peanut butter - details below)

3 Tablespoons Natural Peanut butter (w/flax seeds is the best!)

½ Cup Shakeology Protein Powder (Haven't tried this with another brand of protein powder)

3 Tablespoons Raw Honey

½ Cup Quick Oats

DIRECTIONS:

Mix PB2 with water until it’s a paste like consistency. Mix all ingredients, including the PB2 mixture together in a mixing bowl. It make take some time to blend all of the ingredients together. If it's too sticky, sprinkle in additional protein powder so that it's a pretty dry/crumbly texture.

Next - Roll mixture into small individual balls (about a ping-pong ball size) and place on a wax sheet. Makes about 12 balls, 1 ounce each. Put in freezer until firm.
