What have you done for yourself lately?

Are you living your best life?  What is holding you back?  Only you know the answers.  I have been on a mission to continuously improve myself.  I have made a commitment to going weekly meetings at Weight Watchers with the ultimate goal of getting back to my lifetime weight for my height.

Another goal I have is to become more physically fit.  I am currently back to Chalean Extreme workouts and inspite of my attempts to stay focused and committed, I am a bit disappointed in myself.  I had hoped to  get better results and wonder what I'm doing wrong.

I am not going to give up until I achieve my results.  If I throw in the towel, I think it will add to my chaos presently in my life.  See working on these goals give me a sense of control and purpose to keep on keepin' on.
