Are you ready for 2010?

I am!  This is going to be my year.  I am learning that if I want to accomplish goals, I need to set them.  They also need to be attainable.  I know right about now, someone might be asking themselves how they're going to get through the holidays.  This time of the year brings much stress among joyous parties.  How is one to cope with all of it.  Scheduling time for yourself and setting goals is a good way to cope.  Think about where you want to be in a month, in 3 months, and 6 months.  If you don't start somewhere, then you will never finish!
