Chalean Extreme

Into week 2 of the PUSH phase and I'm really loving the changes that are happening to me.  I am pushing myself to go as heavy as I can without sacrificing form.  For Push Circuits 1 and 2, my weights range from 10 lbs. to 20 lbs., and for Push Circuit 3 my range is 15 to 30 lbs.  There has been a myth that lifting weights bulks you up.  This is not the case with Chalean Extreme.  This program is desgined to help you tone and build lean muscle and your body with actually burn up to 60% of your body fat.  Muscle burns fat!
