My focus for the next 21 days!

I've decided to challenge myself to 21 days of clean eating.  Although I generally eat clean, I have beeen somewhat lax in my portions and I'm not getting the results I had hoped to achieve.   My challenge has started yesterday and I will post my results on day 21 which is April 17, 2010.  Here are the rules:


  1. to press play at least 5 or 6 days per week
  2. eat clean six times per week; one cheat meal per week (not a cheat day)
  3. just one cheat meal per week
  4. No alcohol
  5. Report daily on my facebook page (http://bit.ly/cocHqj) 
  6. Take your measurements and pictures

    Definition of clean eating:  4 to 6 small meals per day, breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner.  Eat every 2-3 hours.  Follow a balanced diet 40% carbs, 40% protein and 30% fat.

    Yesterday I started INSANITY.  My 60th day will be May 30th!  Just in time for beach weather!
