21 Days to a Healthier You!

I wanted to blog about my first week.  I realized that moderation and portion control are two very important details that I've been overlooking for a while.  Journaling and visualization have also helped me stay focused this week.

I have been weighing and measuring everything!  It has definitely paid off.  I weigh in each Saturday morning at 7:30 a.m. and was down 1.4 lbs.  I am determined to get back to my lifetime goal.

Today I started P90X again and know that weights are so important!  I'm not good with pushups and pullups and have learned how to find the burn with using bands doing pull down with bands. 

I've got 2 more weeks till my daughter's sweet 16 party.  I'm hoping to make more progress with noticeable changes that will help me gain the momentum I need to see through these next 90 days!
