One step forward, two steps back

I have been successful the past few weeks with having a favorable outcome on the scale but this past Friday I was up (2 pounds to be exact).  I'm not overly concerned cause I still practiced good habits I've formed and I'm learning take things in stride.  I'm in this for the long haul.  

This week I am committed to journaling my food choices; completing another week of P90X (Days 36-42) while balancing a new part-time job and helping my Dad with his Tax Reduction business; not to mention the countless tasks I must do with my number 1 priority; my family.

I feel completely confident that I can juggle all the demands of working, getting my workouts in before work, packing my lunch,  reading, driving daughter to therapy 3x/week and picking up son from practice every day.  I'm sure I left out a few things that take up my time but I realize I must stay flexible and focused.

I know exactly what I want to accomplish so it takes the guess work out of figuring out what I need to do for myself.  I am sure that having a plan to get through my week will yield a better results come Friday when I weigh in.  I will let you know!
