As you know I am passionate about my health & fitness and I'm committed to helping others find solutions to help them lead a healthier, more fulfilled life. I really enjoy the fact that I can help influence someone to focus on what they already know is important to them, but they may need a nudge or accountability to stay on track.
With that said, I find it increasingly challenging to know I can impact others and not have the effect to influence my daughter to tackle her inactivity and nutritional needs.

In trying to get her on board with the whole healthy eating and exercise concept, which she is extremely resistant to, I must be really clever in my approach to help her.
I have proposed that she start blogging to document her choices and tweet about her journey to get more active.
Everyone needs encouragement and a little push now and then to get started. I am hoping MY DESIRE for my daughter to make modifications in her "behaviors" will create a new way for her to enjoy healthy eating and add activity to her routine.
I am switching things up and have dabbled in 1 BODYBEAST workout so far. I did Total Body and was so impressed with how quick the pace was, my only regret was not wearing my Bodybugg to see how many calories I burned.
I had the pleasure of personally meeting Sagi Kalev (the trainer in BODYBEAST) at the Beachbody Coach Summit last weekend in Vegas. I was able to purchase the program at Summit for my husband, Mike. Mike said this particular workout would be a good choice for me. Of course he was right (again); I loved it. Having a strong foundation from doing 3 rounds of P90X last year and 2 rounds of PUMP this year, I welcome the change it offers and am looking forward to unleashing my inner beast.
I would love for you to follow my tweets to get first hand info on where I'm at. Look to the right of this post to follow me on Twitter.
