Hello December

In exactly 4 weeks from today it will be New Year's Eve.  Instead of waiting for 1/1/13 to start, focus NOW on your goals! 



Here are some tips to avoid Holiday weight gain:

1) schedule every workout - use the Supergym, get a free account here:  http://bit.ly/tac9LM
2) eat protein prior to the party
3) send guests away with all left-overs
4) GO HARDER
5) chill out on the booze
6) get an accountability coach - contact me if you're not already connected with me.
7) set a January 1 fitness goal



Think of it this way, starting in December may be hard, but starting in January with 10 more pounds to lose in harder.  Choose your HARD.



Take the approach that your heath & fitness journey is a non-stop ride and recognize there will be bumps in the road. Resolve to stay the course no matter what! Don't give up AND if you get off track, FORGIVE yourself and keep moving forward.
