9 weeks till Vegas

I have exactly 9 weeks till my trip to Vegas.  My husband and I have been going the past 4 years and look forward to this trip.  We have added another day to our trip so we can enjoy an extra night.  
I have some preparing to do for this trip.  I am on a mission to get even more meticulous with my exercise and nutrition plan.  I am setting a goal to lose 10 pounds by May 20th.  
I invite you to join me as I blog about my journey each day.  I have decided to set additional goals that will help me get there.  Beachbody is definitely my number one tool.  
Here is a list of my goals besides losing 10 pounds in 9 weeks:

  • Commit to working out 6 days a week
  • Take measurements every Friday
  • Drink 8 glasses of water
  • To fit back into my white JBrand Jeans
  • Stop eating when I feel satisfied
  • Eat 2 fruits per day
