I have some preparing to do for this trip. I am on a mission to get even more meticulous with my exercise and nutrition plan. I am setting a goal to lose 10 pounds by May 20th.
I invite you to join me as I blog about my journey each day. I have decided to set additional goals that will help me get there. Beachbody is definitely my number one tool.
Here is a list of my goals besides losing 10 pounds in 9 weeks:
- Commit to working out 6 days a week
- Take measurements every Friday
- Drink 8 glasses of water
- To fit back into my white JBrand Jeans
- Stop eating when I feel satisfied
- Eat 2 fruits per day
