Today I had a successful weigh in with Weight Watchers. In an earlier post I explained my recommitment to join the program with my mom and aunt. I am so glad that I did. For some strange reason, it takes going to a meeting room, stepping on another scale and listening to a leader to help me lose weight. Weight Watchers is not preaching anything new but something magical happens when do you everything right.
I was tired of lying to myself that I could do it on my own. Especially because I am a Beachbody Coach, I was be able to motivate others and assist with their accountability goals but I was finding it hard to help myself. So in my bag of tricks I happily confess that I use Weight Watchers to help me be successful.
So to date, I have lost a total of 4.2 lbs. in 4 weeks. I don't have any more excuses to use that I can't lose weight. I can't blame it on my age, or my level of stress, or my cortisol, or that I don't have time to exercise.
Its all about living in the moment, knowing what you want and then going for it!
I have just finished up my first week of P90X. I post every day on twitter with a fabulous group of tweeps who are doing the same thing. #P90Xclub is our hashtag if you want to join us. I am excited to see how far I can go with transforming my physique. I consider myself a continuous work in progress.
