My 5 Day Inferno Results

So my results are in!  I was excited to challenge myself with another 5 Day Inferno because I knew it would be easy for me to commit to five days.  I have been doing Weight Watchers since October 2010 and have been floundering.  I have been gaining and losing the same 2 lbs.  I was very discouraged and needed to revitalize my efforts to keep moving forward.

Thinking back on this week, I can tell you it wasn't without stress.  Earlier in the week, my husband had chest pains which turned out to be mostly stress and anxiety.  After a 3 1/2 hours in the ER and nothing conclusive with blood test results, we were able to go home at 1:00 a.m.

Yes my life will always have stress that is different from yours but overall stress can be detrimental to your health.

Here's a breakdown of my week:  BTW, I referenced the TurboFire 5 Day Inferno Challenge guidebook and then tweaked my meals accordingly.
  • Monday I burned 619 calories with Fire EZ55 and consumed just under 1500 calories.
  • Tuesday I burned 559 calories with Fire 45 and consumed about 1300 calories.
  • Wednesday I burned 325 calories with HIIT 30 and consumed about 1300 calories.
  • Thursday I burned 587 calories with Fire EZ55 and consumed just under 1600 calories.
  • Friday I burned 500 calories with Fire 45 and consumed 1300 calories.
Besides earning lots of activity points this week, I realized that even though Weight Watchers allows you to eat fruit with no points, I decided to omit my daily banana.  I also chose to have a 1/4 cup of fat free ricotta with 1 packet of Truvia as my 8pm snack.

Another observation is that this time I used Beachbody's Slimming Formula.  To learn more about this product follow this link.   http://bit.ly/e2aNUJ

Wednesday night we had one of my favorite dishes which happens to include Orrechiete Whole Wheat pasta with onions, peas and chopped up cooked turkey bacon.  It tasted wonderful I knew I needed to control my portions otherwise I could easily have finished what was left over in the pot.  I measured out my portion and did not go back up and get another serving.
