Here's where I'm at

I'm 2 weeks into Les Mills PUMP and I really LIKE  it.  I realized I can and need to go heavier with the weights.  I've been so used to doing P90X and been comparing the two programs.  While they are different for many reasons, I love using the barbell.  Its very empowering!  This may sound silly, but I am captivated by all of the instructor's accents, and the music is very motivating.

So, I made some minor modifications to suit my needs.  I find that I like to start my week on a Sunday.  So this week (from Sunday to Saturday) will look like this:

Day 15:   Pump & Burn
Day 16:   Session: 1 Hard core Abs / Session: 2  Walk 45 minutes (I'm doing TurboFire Fire EZ45)
Day 17:   Pump & Burn
Day 18:   Session: 1  Flow (Yoga) / Session: 2 Hard core Abs (I'm doing P90X2 yoga)

Day: 19:  Rest Day
Day: 20:  Pump & Burn
Day: 21:  Session: 1 Hard core Abs / Session: 2 Walk 45 minutes (I'm doing Fire 60)

In spite of getting off to a slow start, with a set back behind me, I have renewed excitement for this upcoming week.  I love knowing what workout I'm doing on each day.  The WOWY Supergym is great at keeping track of my workouts and helps me stay accountable.
