For 42 days, I will
become your workout buddy and motivational coach. Whether your goal is
to lose weight, eat better or simply improve your overall health, I
will help you meet your goal. The program runs from Monday, Jan. 7 to Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013. Must register by 1/2/13.
