Take personal inventory of YOU

I do believe that being a holistic health & fitness coach is not about having perfect abs or a diet that is squeaky clean. It's about being the support and motivation to help others start and continue a lifestyle of freedom.

I love helping others find ways to improve their their health & fitness by offering solutions to common roadblocks.  After all, once you brainstorm the possibilities, it becomes easier to work around your perceived obstacles.

Many of us have reasons why we don't do certain things, for what ever reason that holds us back.  Alot of it is mind over matter.  When you tap into the mindset of relentlessly committing to the game (your goals), no matter what, its about sticking to your ideals, values and beliefs.  Its about pushing through every day, even during those days that you wish you could have a do-over.  Its about believing in yourself and never giving up on your dreams.  Its about fighting until you get what you deserve, regardless of who or what might try and stop you.  

But this, of course, takes time to develop.  It doesn't happen over night.  

Don't wait for a Monday to start.
Don't wait for a new month to start.
Don't wait for a new year to start.

Living healthy is a choice!

You don't have to be perfect every day, on point all the time, love every workout or make every meal perfect, but its over the long term when you'll see change.  Keep at it, its the small things, the things you do every day that will add up to the big change a dew months from now.
