Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going!

That statement couldn't be more true!  This week starts a new week of P90X and today was Day 58.  I am determined to make it to Day 90.

It all started back in March when I made the decision to restart P90X after my first attempt in November of last year.  I was sidelined with neck pain and abandoned the schedule.  I was lost with out it.  Once I made the commitment to forge ahead, everything else just fell into place.  I am amazed at how much its helping my mental fortitude.



I recently started a part-time job that has me working outside the home 4-5 days per week.  I am swamped with so many tasks revolving around my family that the only time I have to schedule my workouts is 5:00 a.m.  I was able to survive the first month and I'm convinced I am going to meet my goal of completing my first entire round of P90X!

As a mom of a daughter with autism and a son who has some needs as well, I am overwhelmed with emotions.  I have had to deal with many ups and downs but one thing that has stayed the same has been my dedication to my workouts.  I'd hate to think what kind of shape I'd be in mentally if I didn't have P90X.
