Here is my P90X/INSANITY Hybrid schedule I'm following for the rest of this week. My new week starts on a Sunday. (June 26 - July 2)
Day 15 P90X Chest and Back and Ab Ripper X
Day 16 INSANITY Plyometric Cardio Circuit
Day 17 P90X Shoulders & Arms and Ab Ripper X
Day 18 P90X Yoga
Day 19 P90X Legs & Back and Ab Ripper X
Day 20 INSANITY Cardio Power & Resistance
Day 21 P90X Stretch X or Rest
Then Week 4 will be a recovery week. (July 3 - July 9)
Day 22 INSANITY Core Cardio & Balance
Day 23 INSANITY Cardio & Max Recovery
Day 24 P90X Yoga X
Day 25 INSANITY Pure Cardio & Abs
Day 26 INSANITY Core Synergistics
Day 27 P90X Cardio X or Kenpo X
Day 28 P90X Stretch X or Rest
This hybrid is a nice follow up to my last round of P90X. Its just the right mix of weights and cardio.
