Week 10 Back & Biceps

I wanted to document my notes regarding reps/weight used.

I have been using Bodylastics resistance bands which total 42 lbs. to use for pull downs.  I usually kneel on my right knee and try and flex my lats and remember to breathe.

01 Wide Front Pull (Downs) = 14 reps
02 Lawnmowers 12 reps each side 25 lbs.
03 Twenty-Ones Reps 21, weight 15 lbs.
04 One arm cross body curls Reps 14, weight 15 lbs.
05 Switch Grip Pull (Downs) = 18
06 Elbow Out Lawnmowers 12 reps each, weight 20 lbs.
07 Standing Bicep Curls 15 reps, weight 17.5 lbs.
08 One Arm Concentration Curl Reps 12, weight 12 lbs.
09 Corn Cob Pull (downs) = 8 (really hate these with the bands)
10 Reverse Grip Bent-Over Rows 15 reps; weight 15 lbs.
11 Open Arm Curls 15 reps; weight 12 lbs.
12 Static Arm Curls 16 reps; weight 15 lbs.
13 Towel Pull (Downs) = 10
14 Congdon Locomotives Reps 40; weight 15 lbs.
15 Crouching Cohen Curls 12 reps; weight 12 lbs.
16 One-Arm Corkscrew Curls 15 reps; weight 15 lbs.
17 Chin-Ups (downs) = 14
18 Seated Bent-Over Back Flyes 15 reps; weight 10 lbs.
19 Curl-Up/Hammer Downs 17 reps; weight 15 lbs.
20 Hammer Curls 15 reps; weight 17.5 lbs
21 Max Rep Pull-ups = 15
22 Superman = 5 love those
23 In-Out Hammer Curls 14 reps; weight 12 lbs.
24 Strip-Set Curls Weights used:  17.5 / 15 / 15 / 12

Just wanted to give you a glimpse into what weights I'm using.  I plan on going up for my next Back & Biceps workout scheduled on August 30th.

While I am nearing the completion of my second round and seeing noticeable changes, I am planning on continuing with a 30 day hybrid of P90X and Asylum!
