Round 3 P90X/TurboFire Hybrid Done

I am proud to say I've accomplished another round of P90X with TurboFire as my choice of cardio.  This has been, by far, the best hybrid I've done!  The results I got were exactly what I was looking for.  In my quest to fine tune my physique, I realize that it takes self-discipline, dedication, concentration, perseverance, consistency and determination.  Consistency is probably the one thing that has helped push me past any other excuse I've ever had.  It becomes an automatic response that's ingrained in my brain.  The consistency of my actions allows me to wake up most mornings at 4:45 a.m. to start my workouts before I can be what I want to be for everyone else.

My health and well being is of the utmost importance not only to me but to those I love.  If I am not at my best, I cannot be my best to (and for) them.  It goes back to my blog where I referenced the whole oxygen mask scenario.  When I first learned that adults should put the oxygen mask on themselves first before their children it didn't seem right.  What good would you be doing for your children or significant others if you cannot help yourself first.  It took me a while to digest that concept but once I did, then everything changed for me.  Check out where I was back in February, 2011 regarding oxygen masks here:  http://bit.ly/hT7oV1  They key takeaway from the blog was that I found support buddies that held me accountable.  Figure out what it will take for you to get to where you want to be then go for it.

Here's a recap of my stats.  I started my 3rd Round of P90X with TurboFire on Sunday, September 18, 2011 and finished today, December 16, 2011.

I have been able to maintain my lifetime status with Weight Watchers for 2 consecutive months.  Usually this time of the year causes me stress and feeling out of control.  This year I have finally conquered my stress eating and eliminated all my excuses for not exercising.  It took a while but I finally figured out what works for me.

If your struggling to make changes and don't know where to start, let me help you!  All you need is a supportive buddy (like me) who u can lean on in good times & bad; someone who will keep YOU on track & compliment YOU when YOU lose weight and stick with your routine!
