I wanted to share my stats with you. Although losing only a pound seems discouraging, I'm happy that I'm down 4 inches! Can't really afford to lose any more in my chest but the fact that I was able to shave an inch off my waist and 2" off my hips are exciting.

Yesterday I weighed in at Weight Watchers and was able to remain at goal. I'm learning that my consistency and dedication to my goals are paying off.
